About Me

With over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry, Ryan McGlamery has built a robust career marked by a blend of exploration and midstream expertise. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma, Ryan embarked on a journey that began with research, leasing, and curative work focused on the Marcellus and Utica Shale plays in West Virginia.

The first four years of Ryan’s career were dedicated to the exploration side of the business, where he honed skills in researching mineral owners and acquiring leases. This work later shifted to Oklahoma, targeting the Scoop and Stack plays. Over the next three years, Ryan continued to excel in similar roles, contributing significantly to various prospects within Oklahoma.

Recognizing the need for further specialization, Ryan transitioned into the midstream sector, leveraging his extensive E&P experience. This pivot was complemented by a return to academia, culminating in a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. For the past seven years, Ryan has played a pivotal role in developing two major gas and crude gathering systems. These systems, which gather oil and gas from hundreds of wells in the Scoop, Stack, and Woodford plays, stand as a testament to his expertise in research, coordination, and asset acquisition.

Ryan’s proficiency lies in the meticulous research, negotiation, and acquisition of critical assets. Known for his ability to assemble and lead high-performing teams, he excels in driving efficiency and success in complex projects. We are grateful to have Ryan leading the mission to establish valuable position for our organization.
